About Us
Good Neighbor Homes helps to provide the Adult ID population with a more independent lifestyle. Our goal is to improve the lives of our clients, by providing the supportive services that are needed for them to be able to function at their highest level within society.
Our specialized staff will assist each individual with their everyday needs. Our programs offer a high level of structure in a family-style environment that is effective, humane, and satisfactory to our client’s, as well as their family’s desires.

At our Group Home Facilities we will provide a full complement of services to assist each individual that sets our company apart from the others. As a result of our expertise in ID services we have been able to work with clients with whom most providers have been unsuccessful.

Our Company and staff has many years of experience working with individuals with needs ranging in the following areas:
Intellectually Disabled and Autism ranging from moderate to mild
Mental Health Diagnosis’s of Schizophrenia, Bi-Polar Disorder, Borderline Personality, Intermittent Explosive Disorder, OCD, and Personality Disorders
Medical Needs in the area of Non Ambulatory Full Care, Trach Tubes, Diabetes, Hypertension, Cancer, PICA, CHARGE Syndrome, Peg Tubes, Thyroidism, Seizures, Seborria Dermatitis, Spastic Dysplasia, Sleep Apnea, Scoliosis, Cellulitis, and Morbid Obesity.
Disabilities in the areas of Blindness, Deafness,Gait, and Traumatic
Brain Injury.
Some of our Specialized Services are:
Assessment of needs by a QIDP/ QMHP and Licensed Clinical Social Worker;
Development of strategies that will help consumers to improve their independence skills;
Behavior Plan Development &/or Oversight by our PBS Coordinator and Experienced Behavior
Team Members;
Medical Oversight by our Nursing Staff and Administration Team
Instruction and supervision in the use of community resources;
Dietary Needs Developed by our Licensed Nutritionist
